Back Orders

At times, we have to back order products. A back order happens when we cannot get the product from the manufacturer to ship to you. When this happens we will notify you either via email or telephone and tell you exactly what is going on. You will certainly be given the option to change your order to get products that are not back ordered. Or, if you decide to cancel your order - that can be taken care of as well.
