Buy a drop receiver!
Luckily this potentially dangerous problem can be solved by purchasing a DROP RECEIVER.
This important part allows you to bridge the gap where there is a height difference between the coach and the bracket attachment points and you never get over the 4 inch in height difference where problems start.
You can also get a part called a HITCH IMMOBILIZER which can be bolted to the drop receiver and the receiver hitch to keep the slack from allowing the drop to move around too much.
So do yourself a big favor and look at your particular coach/tow bar/vehicle combination and buy one of these products to deal with the height difference if it is a problem with your set-up.
